We support companies and investors with communication, coordination, organization, structuring, documentation, and research – particularly in projects involving a large number of stakeholders.
A typical example is project management in the real estate sector: For a construction project comprising around 100 residential units, we take on the entire coordination process – from liaising with municipalities, authorities, investors, construction companies, and architects to ongoing market research. We manage processes, document decisions, and ensure that all stakeholders receive the right information at the right time. The engagement is carried out in close coordination with the client and typically covers a period of twelve months.
Our key advantage: We personally manage every project and deliberately limit ourselves to a maximum of two projects at any given time. This ensures that each project receives the full attention, expertise, and commitment it deserves – without the inefficiencies caused by changing points of contact or overloaded structures.
Independent Organizational & Communication Platform
